About Enki

Enki is a complete business operating system — not just a chatbot. It comes with the business apps you need (CRM, invoicing, scheduling, pipelines, point of sale) and handles your email, messaging, calendar, documents, website and more — all managed by AI and backed by a dedicated engineering team. Think of it as your always-on chief of staff.

Most AI tools are just chat interfaces — you type a question, you get an answer. Enki actually runs your business. It manages your inbox, answers your customers, schedules appointments, sends quotes and invoices, chases payments, runs your website, and can be extended with custom-built apps tailored to your exact workflow. It's an entire platform, not a chatbot.

Enki is built for small to medium businesses that want to operate smarter without hiring more staff. Whether you're a trades company, a gym, a real estate agency, or a professional services firm — if admin work is eating into your day, Enki is for you.

Web chat on your site, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email — plus the Enki portal itself. One assistant with one memory answers on all of them, and voice is on the way.

The world's leading models, plus our own private GPU cluster. You choose which models each person in your company can use, and you can cap what each person spends. Usage is prepaid and transparent.

Yes. Enki connects to hundreds of tools you already use — Gmail, Outlook, Xero, Google Calendar, Drive, Microsoft 365 and more — through one-click connections. And if you need Enki to talk to something unusual, the Enkisonics team will build that connection for you.

Pricing & Plans

Our prices are public. Packages start at $500 a month for a solo operator (Signal), then Flow at $1,500, Elevate at $2,500 and Signature at $4,500, with Custom Flagship priced on request; all AUD per month plus GST. One monthly payment covers the AI platform, custom-built apps, the engineering team, hosting, support and updates, with AI usage billed pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet on top. No upfront costs, no hidden fees. See the full inclusions on the Prices page.

No. Zero upfront costs. Zero setup fees. We take on the cost of building and deploying your platform because we believe in earning your business every month — not locking you in with a big invoice on day one.

Signal is month to month from day one, with no minimum term. Every other package has a three-month minimum term, then it rolls month to month. No exit fees after that. Three months is what it takes to set Enki up properly, train your people and let the results show; after that you stay because it's working.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. Invoicing is also available for businesses that prefer it.

Getting Started

Because we're not a sign-up-and-forget-about-you platform. Every business that joins Enki goes through a vetting process. We assess whether Enki is genuinely the right fit and whether we have the capacity to give you the attention you deserve. Our existing clients always come first.

You submit an access request telling us about your business. Our team reviews it, and if it's a good fit, we'll reach out to learn more about your operations. From there, we build and deploy your platform hands-on — configured to your exact needs.

Most businesses are fully operational on Enki within days, not months. We move fast — because AI makes us that fast. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your setup and any custom apps you need built.

Not at all. Enki is designed to be used by anyone. The Enkisonics team handles all the technical setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. You just use it.

04 / 9 questions

Security & Privacy

Absolutely. Every piece of data that flows through Enki is protected by military-grade encryption and enterprise-level security infrastructure. We're deeply integrated with Cloudflare's global network — the same platform trusted by governments, banks, and Fortune 500 companies. The security page covers the architecture in detail.

Never. We don't sell your data, we don't share it, and we never use it to train AI models. Your business data never leaves a secure environment, and you maintain full ownership and control at all times.

On secure, encrypted infrastructure in Sydney, Australia — your business data stays in the country. Files live on Cloudflare's global storage in your company's own private bucket, and your databases belong to your company alone.

Only when the model you've chosen requires it — and always over encrypted connections under strict no-training data processing agreements. We also run our own GPU cluster with over 1.3 terabytes of VRAM, so work that should stay entirely in-house can. Either way, your data is never used to train anyone's models.

DDoS protection, end-to-end TLS encryption, Web Application Firewalls, and Zero Trust access controls come standard — not as add-ons. We also maintain full audit trails and check-with-you-first gates on anything irreversible.

Every company on Enki runs inside its own sealed container — a completely separate environment with its own AI runtime, its own dedicated databases, its own AI memory, and its own encrypted connection to the outside world. Another company's Enki has no path to your records, because your records live somewhere it cannot reach.

Yes — instantly. Every change across Enki is tracked through Git version control. Think of it as a time machine for your entire system. If something breaks — whether from a human mistake or an AI action — the system reverts to a known-good state in seconds. No data loss, no downtime.

Every action Enki takes is committed to version control with a full audit trail — what changed, when, and why. If Enki makes a change to your website, code, or configuration that you don't like, it can be rolled back instantly. You have complete control over what your AI does.

Yes. Enki is operated by Enkisonics Pty Ltd, which maintains $10 million in Professional Indemnity coverage and $1 million in Cyber Liability coverage — underwritten by leading Australian insurers and renewed annually. Certificates of Currency are available on request.

Features & Custom Apps

Everything your business needs to operate: CRM, invoicing and payments, scheduling, sales pipelines, documents and contracts, email, SMS and messaging, your website and SEO, and the Enki assistant itself. You can also build custom apps directly through Enki — just describe what you need. And if you want hands-on help, our team is there every step of the way.

Yes. Enki builds, edits and hosts websites, and wires them into the rest of your business — an enquiry on the site becomes a lead in your CRM and a booked job in your calendar. Edits happen by conversation: tell Enki what to change.

Absolutely. Just tell Enki what you need — a job management tool, a client portal, a compliance dashboard, automated reporting — and it gets built right inside the platform. You don't need any technical knowledge. For more complex builds, the Enkisonics team guides the work or takes it on entirely.

Minutes to hours if you're building with Enki directly — just describe what you want. For more complex builds where our team gets involved, it's days, not months. Traditional dev shops quote you 3 months and charge you for 6. We move fast because AI makes us fast — not because we cut corners.

Enki OS is our own operating system with Enki built in at every level — a complete desktop environment designed from the ground up for AI-powered business operations. It's available for businesses that want the full experience.

Capacity & Onboarding

No. We have limited onboarding capacity each month and we're selective about who we work with. Enki isn't a mass-market product — it's a hands-on, high-touch platform built and deployed by a dedicated team. We only take on businesses we can genuinely serve well.

Business owners who are ready to move — not tyre-kickers, not 'maybe next quarter'. If you've got real problems eating into your day, you're ready to let AI handle the heavy lifting, and you respect the process, we want to hear from you.

You'll be placed on a short waitlist and we'll reach out as soon as we have availability. We won't rush your onboarding just to hit a number — every business gets the same quality setup, the same attention, and the same standard of delivery.

Because quality matters more than volume. Every business we onboard gets a dedicated build, custom configuration, and direct access to the team that built the platform. We'd rather do it properly for fewer clients than half-arse it for many. Our existing clients always come first.

Submit your access request early, be clear about your business needs, and be ready to move when we reach out. We prioritise businesses that are decisive, responsive, and serious about improving how they operate.

07 / 6 questions

Fair Use Policy

Yes. Every Enki plan includes up to 2 custom project requests per month — things like new apps, major integrations, or large feature builds. This keeps our delivery quality high and ensures every client gets the time and attention they deserve. Day-to-day support, small tweaks, bug fixes, and maintenance are unlimited.

A project request is any new build that requires dedicated design and development time — for example, a new custom app, a major system integration, or a significant feature addition. Routine tasks like updating content, fixing issues, adjusting settings, or small enhancements don't count toward your monthly limit.

No problem — just talk to us. Additional projects beyond your monthly allocation are available at agreed rates. We'll scope the work, give you a clear timeline and cost, and build it the same way we build everything else: fast, clean, and to spec.

No. Unused requests don't accumulate month to month. The allocation resets each billing cycle. This ensures a consistent, sustainable workload so we can deliver quality results to every client — not a backlog of rushed jobs.

Because we're a small, dedicated team — not a dev factory. Our existing clients always come first, and we'd rather deliver 2 outstanding projects per month than 10 mediocre ones. The fair use policy protects the quality of service for everyone on the platform.

If something is genuinely urgent — a broken integration, a time-sensitive business need — we'll prioritise it. We're not going to let your business suffer because of a policy. But we expect the same respect in return: urgent means urgent, not 'I just thought of something'.

Client Conduct & Expectations

Mutual respect. We treat every client like a partner — with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. We expect the same in return. A healthy working relationship is the foundation of everything we build together.

If communication becomes abusive, threatening, or consistently unreasonable, we reserve the right to terminate the service agreement with notice. We're here to build great technology for great people — not to tolerate behaviour that harms our team or disrupts service for other clients.

Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, repeated unreasonable demands outside agreed scope, or any behaviour that creates a hostile or unsafe working environment for our team. We're flexible, we're patient, and we'll always try to resolve issues professionally — but there's a line, and we'll enforce it.

Yes. Our terms of service include a conduct clause. If a client consistently behaves in a way that is abusive or unreasonable despite attempts to resolve the situation, we have the right to terminate the agreement. You'll receive notice and any data you own will be made available to you.

Openly and directly. If something isn't working, tell us. We'd rather have a straight conversation and fix the problem than let frustration build. We don't hide behind support tickets — you talk to real people who care about getting it right.

09 / 7 questions

Affiliate Program

Yes. Sales professionals and agencies can earn commissions by introducing businesses to Enki. You register your deals and make the introduction; we handle onboarding, billing and service delivery, and you get paid for every client you bring in. You sell, we deliver.

Reach out through the contact page and tell us about your sales background. Like everything at Enki, it's application-based: we review every affiliate personally, and approved affiliates sign a formal affiliate agreement before selling. Once you're in, you get your own affiliate workspace with a CRM, deal registration, tracked outreach tools and a full sales kit.

You earn a one-time commission on each new client's first payment, plus an ongoing trailing commission for as long as that client stays subscribed. The exact rates depend on the Enki plan sold and your affiliate status, and are set out in your affiliate agreement. Commissions accrue on cleared payments only.

Deal registration protects your work. When you register a prospective client, that deal is attributed to you for 90 days: first to register wins. If the business doesn't come on board within the protection period, the registration expires and the prospect opens up again.

Monthly, by bank transfer to your nominated Australian account. Every month you receive a statement showing each client, the fees they paid and the commission you earned, with payment within 30 days of month end.

No, and it never will be. The Enki affiliate program is strictly single-tier: commissions come from genuine sales to real businesses, not from building a downline. There are no multi-tier structures and no earning off other affiliates' ongoing sales; every dollar traces back to a paying client you introduced.

No. Affiliates make the introduction; the client's relationship, platform and data sit directly with Enkisonics. Your affiliate workspace holds your own pipeline and earnings, nothing else. Every company on Enki keeps its data sealed, and that includes from the affiliate who introduced them.

Support & Contact

The fastest way is to ask your Enki directly — it can raise anything with us on your behalf. Beyond that, you have direct access to the Enkisonics team. No ticket queues, no offshore support centres. When you need help, you talk to the people who actually built your platform.

Just tell Enki. Your platform evolves with your business. Need a new app, a new integration, or a change to how something works? You can build it yourself through Enki, or the Enkisonics team can handle it for you — either way, it's all included in your monthly payment.

Enki is built and operated by Enkisonics, headquartered in Cairns, Far North Queensland, with infrastructure in Sydney — your data stays in Australia. We work with businesses across the country and welcome remote collaboration.
